  All the staff were, without exception, very friendly and helpful and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. We stayed in a family room and it was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast in the morning was great with a very wide-ranging buffet - plenty to choose from - and good value too.   Loved this hotel! Such good value for the price. The room was so cool/modern & very stylish as was the foyer & bar area. Everything was very clean & our room was large as we had our daughter sleeping on a rollaway bed & still had plenty of room to move around. It was nice & quiet...we all slept late which doesn't usually happen... what people say » especially when we have our daughter with us. We arrived in Munich by train & found the walk to the Eurostars Hotel easy even with our suitcases. - My wife has stayed at most of the top hotels around the world.The Eurostars Grand Central would give any top hotel a run for their money. The Staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The room was well appointed,clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was delicious and varied. The location was excellent.   I was very impressed with this hotel and will be staying there on my next visit, no doubt about that.The members of staff who I spoke to, who were receptionists and bar staff, were efficient, professional and friendly. The room maid ensured that my room was spotless every day and staff members who I passed whilst moving around the hotel always smil... what people say » ed and said hello. - The location is phenomenal: it's right on the main SBahn line, but also just an easy 10 minute walk to the center of the city (Marienplatz, Viktualienmarkt), right beside the Gastieg, etc. I liked that they provided coffee, tea and cocoa in the room.
