It is in a very good location, near a Ubahn station, easy walk from the main train station, but yet off of the main street somewhat, so decently quiet, although there is some street noise.   Good hotel for the price. It was a 10 minute walk from the Main Rome Train Terminal. We were a 5 minute walk from the Coluseum and not more than a 10 to 15 minute walk to all other major sites.
