The staff was very friendly and even though we weren't suppose to get our room until 3 pm, the front desk made an effort so we could get it sooner (at 11am). Location location location!!! The hotel is situated in the historical part of Garmish and you have all bars and restaurants within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful. The sauna is fabulous with an astonishing view from the window. Also we did like the breakfast.

Awesome place. Cannot drive anything larger than a small car up theroad. The lift is something you should not miss even if you candrive up! Beautiful place for wellness; fresh air, amazing views,top grade accomodations! Would recommend again and again. right on the main strip that leads to all of the ski lifts and trains. Fantastic if you plan to do any walking..everything is within walking distance. - Lovely hotel close to the station which I wanted, clean modern and excellent value for money. The staff were also very helpful.

The service was outstanding. Free parking up front, friendly staff all the way around, great Germany Breakfast, and the room was wonderful. We brought our dog and the staff worked around cleaning the room for us and it was just an outstanding experience. I have lived in Germany for 8 years and this was by far the best hotel for the money I have
