The location of the hotel is excellent. Very easy walk to many sights and both U & S stations. Easy to get from airport, many good restaurants nearby.
Beds are very comfortable, room very clean, breakfast selection also very good.
Management cleared up a dispute over a broken light switch to our satisfaction. Front desk staff all very friendly and helpful.

The location is fabulous. You can walk to everything -- and we did! Most of the top sights of Munich are right nearby. The same is true of many of the best restaurants and shops. The staff was very helpful with reservations, including getting us excellent seats at a very popular performance of Rigoletto, which was right around the corner. They also selected and reserved a perfect restaurant for our first night in the city. Very nice!

This hotel was great, excellent location near the S-Bahn station and near the MarienPlatz you can walk everywhere. Lots of restaurants near by (walking distance). I recommend this hotel strongly. Having traveled extensively for work and pleasure, I can confidently say that Hotel Biederstein, though simple, is a wonderful place.
Great staff who made us feel very welcome. All of the staff made sure that we were most comfortable, helped us with our logistical questions, and ensured that we had the best possible experience.
Breakfast was absolutely wonderful. They even upgraded us to a suite, simple as it is, with great views and outside space.
