  The staff were all very friendly and spoke English well. The buffet dinner was fantastic. It is owned by a married couple who are both very accommodating. It is within walking distance or a two minute drive to EuropaPark.   This hotel is fantastic. The staff couldn't have been more friendly, the food was great, even better than the theme park hotels, it is really close to the theme park which is why we went there and I would definitely go back again. - Room was quite big

We reserved a 3 bedroom apartment, which was more like 2 bedrooms and the some bunk beds in the main room/kitchen. It was plenty of space for a family of 4, but you could also fit up to 8 in there. The apartment was large, very nice, and easily accommodated eight of us.
