The staff were very heplful. We needed to leave bags there for a fewdays whilst camping elsewhere and despite our almost non existent Germanthe staff there were very accomodating. best continental breakfast i've had at a hostel so far, nice that they provided clean towels and sheets, location was good - everything w/in walking distance although we were traveling lightly which helped, best value for our money so far in comparison to 3 other european cities - When I made a confusing reservation (involving two separate visits)
