  Brilliant!! We traveled to Heidelberg with our 13 year old son to experience a traditional Christmas Market. The location of the hotel was amazing. It was a bit of a walk from the train station, but absolutely perfect for shopping, eating, and sightseeing. We didn't have many encounters with staff, but the few we saw were friendly. The room was so reasonably price - The hotel was in a great location. On a side street, close to shops, restaurants etc.but quieter at night than many city hotels. Easy to find if you arrive by car. The decor was charming and immaculate. The young woman who escorted us to our rooms could not have been more helpful! The restaurant meal was first class, the waitstaff was very professional the food delicious and worth the price. Breakfast was a good value for the money. No parking, but the garage was five minute walk away and fairl

  From the moment I walked in the door you were made to feel special. The staff bent over backwards to help and make sure you had a good time. I stayed in two rooms both of which were spotless. great value for money. Try eating in another good move. Would go back there any day. - Central location, clean rooms and bathrooms.
