  At all points the staff members were courteous, cheerful and helpful. The room was ideal for our needs. When we thought we had lost an item, the staff took extra care to look for it and keep us informed (we found it later packed in a different case). The hotel is ideally situated for access to Munich's tourist attractions, to transport and to a... what people say » huge range of dining options. - The room was modern, clearn and quiet on the 5th floor. The staff in the Breakfast room were always helpful and friendly. It was a perfect location from the main station and city centre. I'm sure that I when I'm in Munich, I will stay at your hotel again.
