  The staff were brilliant and their English was superb, unlike our German! We stayed for dinner at the hotel twice of our four nights and it was excellent, we ate the same meal both nights! The service was also excellent. We also had breakfast one morning which was good and again the service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble.. Great to sit out here and have a beer. - I was alone after a business trip and it was everything I wanted and more. The service is tip top. They speak English and will help you with anything. The style is Ultra Modern - great for a luxury stay, though moderately priced. Location is great - it's a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the Alt Stadt.

The city centre of Heidelberg can be reached by tram in about 10 minutes.   Very comfortable, outstanding staff. - Staff was friendly and helpfull. The hotel was easy to find and within walking distance of the train station. A Tram line ran past the hotel, which was also convienent. The hotel itself was very clean and well organized.
