  We found the ladies on reception duties to be extra helpful. As the hotel would be full the following night, when we wished to extend our stay, one booked a room in a nearby hotel for us. They also helped with directions to the Altstadt for us to have a late lunch and were helpful in keeping our luggage whilst we went into town on the second day. ... what people say » Ulla and Sarah are to be commended for their customer service. - Everything about this hotel. A short walk from the station,with good signposting.A Very friendly welcome by the reception staff on check-in.We were offered city maps,given easy explanations and code for WIFI,offered free tea/coffee in the lobby,which is available 24/7. Very comfortable room and bed,and all you need in the bathroom. The buffet breakfast was superb,with excellent service to match.

  I loved the softness of the beds. That is something hard to find in Europe. We loved that there was an elevator to cart all our stuff up to the room. And the breakfast was great. - the staff was great. they helped my every need and my kids. Your hotel was very close to place I needed to attend and the bowling center was great.
