I would like to recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to relax. everything. The rooms, the service, the location the atmosphere - you name it. - I loved the "Little Prince" pictures everywhere. The tea was lovely, the staff was helpful, friendly, and gracious. I also like the library and the use of the internet. My room was charming and more than adequate.

This was our second stay at Heiligenstein and we highly recommend it. It is NOT in Baden Baden (10 min drive) but is in a very beautiful and quiet area among vineyards with nice views from many rooms. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming. Everything was excellent - room, location (3 minutes to Caracalla Terme),breakfast with shrimps, sparkling wine, strawberries, blackberries, other fruits, cheese and many other delicacies, bathrobes and tea-coffee making facilities in the room. Everytime you bought tickets to Caracalla Terme you received one additional hour as a gift from the hotel. Excellent quality. The best hotel in Baden-Baden to visit Caracalla Terme.

I felt very safe and comfortable as I was staying on my own. The breakfast was wonderful and I will always remember it. The decor of the hotel was so elegant that I was continually appreciating my surroundings. Position was excellent. - Excellent location and services. Excellent breakfast but every day was the same.
