  Ellen and Dirk are wonderful hosts who make your stay memorable. We had a room that included a sitting room, large bedroom and a very large bath. We overlooked one of the towns towers and the Rhine River. We also ate at the Bacharacher Hof restaurant twice and the food far exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend the Bacharacher Hof for your Rhine vacat - The room was spacious and well appointed. The staff was fantastic and the breakfast was amazing. The location was very convenient to the train station and was situated in a convenient location for shopping and sightseeing in the charming Rhine town. There are many wonderful sights in easy walking distance and it was also very close to the K-D ferry terminal where we embarked on a Rhine cruise. An amazing historic location all in all.

  The appearance is of a charming, old world, typically German early building with exposed wood. Inside the bar/reception and views into the dining area are of apparent ancient dark wood. We got beers from th - Perfect location, in centre of Bacharach em Rhein. We really liked the hotel. The room is very big, it actually has another room as a bedroom and some like a living space (with bed too) and tv. Everything is very clean and comfortable. Bathroom is big and clean, there are all facilities needed. Elevator (needed for our room at 3rd floor) is good and in working order.
