  basic yet well appointed room with balcony, large bathroom, very bed and breakfast feel, quiet lake views. Villa hotel in great location. - Staff was extremely friendly and helpful in parking car as there is not much parking in the area. Good restaurant, as well.

  Incredibly helpful staff : had to postpone my arrival by one day and could do so without any extra charges. Arrived late the next day but also that wasn't a problem. Located at the old center of Ratzeburg, everything is within walking distance. Beautiful surroundings, great for walking and lovers of water sports and biking.
