  The staff was extremely helpful and kind. They made all of our dinner and show reservation even when we had to shift them a few time. A smile was always there. Location of the hotel is just FANTASTIC. A few min to all the major streets like the Champ and George 5 and the metro. Thank you we will definitely be back!!! - Brilliant location.   A great location. Relaxed atmosphere and spotlessly clean. Air conditioning controlled within the room was much appreciated! (I clicked excellent value for money above - this was because we got a good deal. I'm not sure I would have clicked that button if we had paid the price stated on the room information in the hotel! - But then perhaps that... what people say » is because I don't often stay in 4star hotels!) - The situation (between La Madeleine and Galeries Lafayette, nearly Place Vendôme) was really appreciated. The infrastructure (Japanese trend) of the Hotel and the staff service was exactly in line with what we were searching for and what we could expect of a 4 star hotel.

I and my girlfriend loved the location, being a ten minute walk away from the Eiffel Tower, local shops just round the corner.... The Staff couldn't have been anymore helpful, and were very polite.   Hotel is in excellent condition.Staff is really helpful and speak english fluently. Room is comfortable and spacios. Decor in the room is modern, minibar is refilled daily. Check in is at 3PM but the room was ready at noon and the - The service was exceptional - particularly the front desk / door staff and the bar service staff and the girl working in the bar - great service. The greeting on the door was friendly. The room was perfect and spacious. The room cleaning service was excellent - everything left fresh and clean. The bed and linen was beautiful. The soft boiled eggs at breakfast were cooked perfectly but could have been served on toast with bacon and grilled tomato. The shower was wonderful. We ad a wonderful stay

  Super good location (near Air France office and metro) and comparatively spacious room for the price. Windows in sleeping area and bathroom opened into enclosed areas so it was very quiet. Easy walk to Willi's Wine Bar at 13 Rue de Petiti Champs, a small high quality restaura - The location was fairly convenient and within walking distance to many shopping streets, and even to the Louvre. The rooms were also nicely decorated and well maintained. Three of us shared a room and we were given a duplex room which gave us much privacy and space. The staff members were also friendly and very helpful. We checked in early and they allowed us to deposit our luggage before our room was ready. The Italian restaurant beside the hotel serves wonderful pastas (big servings!) - great

There are very many great restaurants and you are really in the heart of the action, but the hotel itself is on a quiet block so you don't have to deal with hearing the night life and busy-ness just a block or two away.
