Paris Gay Friendly Hotels

good: 1. location is perfect, there is Ritz hotel in the same building. 2. not large but really cosy and finely designed room. 3. we've been having breakfast alone in the restaurant every day, that proved it was a small luxury hotel. 4. maids did their job good. bad: seems like the hotel is overpriced a bit, especially if you take crisis into account. - Jonathan

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at the Sainte Beuve. The hotel is spotlessly clean and service is friendly and professional. The breakfasts are excellent, and served in the comfortable lounge. We were helped with restaurant reservations, Le Timbre is three doors from the hotel, so tiny we nearly missed it. The food is excellent pure and simple, relying on fresh ingredients. Also we ate at Parc de Cerf only five minutes from the hoel , this was also excellent. Both were recommended b - Sinokuhle

Modern and stylish with excellent service. I can't say enough about the service, perhaps the best I've ever had in a hotel. I have very high standards for service and Keppler really impressed. Room was well decorated, clean and comfortable. Hotel was well located. Very nice. I don't have any real complaints about the hotel, although the size of my executive room was a little smaller than I had expected. Tucked away in a quiet Parisian neighbourhood, Le Fabe Hotel provides a tranquil respite from the often frenetic pace of those housing the main sights. Nevertheless, the hotel’s equidistant location from two métro stations (Plaisance/Pernety), allows for relatively quick and easy transfer to other lines. My husband and I went with my in-laws and had a great time. The hotel staff was very nice and considerate, and had great recommendations for dinners. So helpful with booking taxis, getting us to bus stops and the metro. Would highly recommend staying here. The location seemed great to me as well. This was my first stay in Paris, but we were only a few blocks from Notre Dame, the Metro and Luxembourg Park. Quiet area too. very cool design! the hotel is close to the center, 1 min away is the metro/parking. outside there is the by\bicycle (velib) and the bed....very hard to wake up :) - Frank

We spent a wonderful 5 days in this hotel in Mid-October, my partner actually stayed on for an additional 5 days for business. The room was spacious compared to most Paris hotel rooms and had a beautiful contemporary design. The location, 4 blocks from the Champs and the Metro, could not be beat yet it was not on a crowded or noisy street. The staff was great, finding the exact restaurants requested that were not frequented by tourists and did not have outrageous prices, but had stupendous food. - Neil

I was a little nervous after reading the reviews of this hotel because they where really diverse, I stay there for 5 nights and i have just one word. Marvelous, this is the sort of hotel you wish to arrive in every city. The atmosphere in the hotel was warm and friendly, there is simply a warmth shown by the entire staff that makes the place inviting, the rooms were well appointed, very comfortable and spacious. By far my best experience in Europe! We were welcomed by Henry, who helped us during all our stay with constant great recommendations on where to eat, what to see, and how to get anywhere (the hotel has 3 metro stops only a few minutes away). Location was great, among the locals but walking distance from many sites! The hotel has been recently renovated with perfect "french taste", and art is everywhere around you, in the lobby and in your room. Rooms are not huge, as expected in Europ - Tom

We returned to Hotel D'Aubusson for a second visit, and were just as impressed as the first time. The location is excellent - within walking distance of Notre Dame, the Louvre, D'Orsay Museum, Luxembourg Garden, etc. we even walked to the Eiffel Tower (we like to walk). Enzo, at the front desk, greeted us by name before we said a word, and welcomed us back. We stayed in a junior suite as part of the Romance Package. I would never usually write a review . . . . however this hotel and our stay in Paris was so good a felt it was only right to express how great this hotel really is. We stayed for 2 nights, on arrival the staff were very welcoming and took our heavy luguage of us. As we arrived at around 10 they explained the room would not be available til later which we expected and was not a problem as it gave us a chance to have a look around the area. I found the hotel in the magazine National Geographic Traveler, then booked online. I was not disappointed. I called a couple of times prior to leaving on the trip and the reservations person was more than helpful. She was even, honestly, pleased that we were staying there. Upon arrival the staff met us at the entrance and while my wife and I were filling out the appropriate paper work they took our luggage to our room. Stayed for two nights with our infant son and everything was simply delightful. The hotel staff attended to our every need and request. Breakfast, by Paris standards, was substantial and of good quality. The location is great for walking Paris or for catching the Metro. The room was spacious and quiet and we found the courtyard area to be quite relaxing. Definitely recommend the Nicolo to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable hotel in Paris. - Jean
