I loved everything about our stay at the hotel. The hotel was very clean and well organised. I and my girlfriend loved the location, being a ten minute walk away from the Eiffel Tower, local shops just round the corner.... The Staff couldn't have been anymore helpful, and were very polite. Me and my partner would certainly not hesitate going here again. My daughter and I came from America and the hotel was our "home" while we were in Paris. The staff was quite helpful and made everything easy for us. We loved the accomodations and the macaroons were a sweet touch.

Nothing we didn't like, we did complete a hotel form and suggested the bar could be improved by some light music but overall we thought the hotel was excellent and would definitely revisit.A little bit pricey, breakfast was expensive - nearly €50 for 2 adults and 1 child !. Could hear water running from other rooms. No restaurant.There was a humming noise, audibly from the room, although not loud, through out our stay. The breakfast space was on the basement (I prefer having sunshine in the morning). This made me go out for breakfast instead of having it at the hotel.Rooms are very cramped. Due to the devalued dollar the cost of the room is too high for US citizens right now.I am tall and found that the shower could not be raised high enough to comfortably accommodate me. Fire alarm went off at 03AM 04AM and 04:15. It is impossible to close the door to the room quietly and the banging noise from each room can be heard quite loudly. The shower was fine but a little too small for me.
