Hotel is in excellent condition.Staff is really helpful and speak english fluently. Room is comfortable and spacios. Decor in the room is modern, minibar is refilled daily. Food from the hotel restaurant is amazing. Location is so good that you can go on foot where ever you want to in the centre, Champs E. is just around the corner but it is not noisy in the room, and the metro is just around the corner. Will definitely stay there again. Check in is at 3PM but the room was ready at noon and the.

The room was perfect and spacious. The room cleaning service was excellent - everything left fresh and clean. The bed and linen was beautiful. The soft boiled eggs at breakfast were cooked perfectly but could have been served on toast with bacon and grilled tomato. The shower was wonderful. We ad a wonderful stay. Boutique designer hotel with great staff who are willing to help with restaurant bookings or other inquiries. Brilliant breakfasts and free drinks from the mini bar. I love this location because its right near L'Avenue restaurant and Avenue Montaigne and all my favourite designer shops. Its near a couple of different Metro stops and if you get a terrace room , you can watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Very reasonable rate I think. This hotel was really a positive experience in every way-- excellent location, helpful and kind staff, comfortable beds and pillows, fantastic breakfasts with real fresh-squeezed oranges, great bar etc. I am very particular about the cleanliness of the properties. This hotel met and exceeded my expectations. My husband and I would definitely return to this property. Great location, we would just get up early in the morning and go for a long walk covering most locations easily on foot from the hotel. But then comparison has to be made to other paris hotels. The hotel itself was very modern and clean. The staff were so attentive and catered to our every need. The included continental breakfast was wonderful - fresh pastries and bread, fresh squeezed OJ, fresh fruit salad. The location was perfect, only a 2 minute walk to line 1 of the Metro and easy walking distance to almost every must see monument. Front office and restaurant staff were outstanding in every way. The room was clean on arrival and well appointed. Location just off the Champs Elysses and very close to Franklin D Roosevelt metro station was good too. Tasty breakfast included in the price and a nicely appointed mini bar. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and were incredibly helpful. Rooms were quite reasonably sized, good finish (great bathrooms) and spotlessly clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast (which was included in price) was tasty French continental and the hotel bar was very stylish. We checked out at the required time and the hotel held our luggages for us while we went for some more site seeing till we came back to leave for the airport in the evening. I also liked the fact that the hotel provided us with umbrellas because of the rain during our stay in Paris. From the minute we arrived the staff treated us with courtesy and friendliness. They provided us with excellent restaurants to go to, directions to attractions and helped us with anything we needed. The room was lovely and comfortable. The location was excellent. Even though was willing to pay a high rate we ended up with a small room. Housekeeping staff really let this hotel down badly if you are staying more than one night. We stayed three and on the second and third days returned to our room around 5.00pm to find them still cleaning it. On both days they failed to restock the mini bar or return clean coffee cups for us, and on the third night they also forgot to put out a bathmat or even take away one of their cleaning spray bottles. For the price you pay this is a huge let down!. Nothing. Will stay again. Would have liked a better view from the room. Very poor and limited choices for the breakfast included in the room charge, although additional items can be ordered at additional costs. The rooms are small - even though we booked an official room for 3 persons, getting three persons with big suitcases in the room was a challenge. If money is not an issue, book always a size bigger: a 3 persons room if you are 2, a 4 persons room if you are 3, and go for the suites if you are actually with 4 persons. Nothing. Absouletly nothing. Very thing is good but very very very expensive. No spa, no pool,a bar is nice but closes midnight. The view is poor. Breakfast is not a five star class. If this hotel was a twice cheaper that would have been the best hotel in Paris) The taxi drivers do not know the street, you need to direct them to the nearest big avenues. Nothing. Nothing. The layout of the room consisted of a bathroom loft up a flight of stairs. This was not a disadvantage but it was a surprise and prospective clients should know this. Room service menu was average but you can live with that in a nice hotel in a a place like Paris!. No a/c in the bar during daytime. The airconditioning in the room did not work. The housekeeping forgot to replace some items which we had to request to get back. Bath room far from the shower !!. Internet speed can be improved. -long check-in - on the morning we asked for ironing our clothers for dinner, they forgot to do it in time. Nothing. Minimal breakfast.
