The room's décor was most attractive. The bathroom was spotless, modern and most comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful throughout our four night stay with nothing being a bother. The hotel's location is extremely fortunate being close to all areas we were after. The public areas were also spotless and beautifully presented with period furniture. The hotel has a very pleasing atmosphere. Highly recommended.

The room was a bit small but outfitted with great storage, very cozy, comfortable and outfitted with little details. Very very clean! The view onto the terrace was so quaint and beautiful! We hope to go back someday!. you could not ask for a more professional friendly and accommodating staff. My wife & I are very particular when it comes to comfort & cleanliness. quiet & convenient location as well. Look forward to our next stay at this hotel. The service is outstanding and the decor second to none. It is probably one of the best and friendliest and cleanest hotels that we have stayed at. It was very difficult to access breakfast, a lovely area but limited in capacity, we ate at a cafe around the corner, it was much easier. I couldn't quite get the shower as high as I like but good hot water and pressure. Nothing!!. Staff could be more informative upon arrival. The decor is looking a little tired and wall murals are a bit goofy. Bedroom and Bath space a bit tight for two people plus two large suitcases. The breakfast is nondescript and overpriced. The shower is very poorly designed. It is difficult to enter and exit and it is also difficult to contain the water within the enclosure. Couldn't control the temperature in the room. We had no criticisms. all was great... The room cleaning schedule in the afternoon. Breakfast was expensive so we skipped it. Sheets were not changed in a five day stay. Rooms very small - treacherous staircases - no hotel restaurant. This hotel is really to expansive for what it offers. And there are only 4 small tables for breakfast, therefore embarising situations with guests staring at others expecting to finish.
