Kim, the desk clerk, was so helpful and cheerful to us. We needed an extra night due to the Key West Express canceling our return trip to Ft Myers. Kim did all she could do to accommodate us including us being able to stay in our room.

I would recommend Orchid Key to friends and if I return to Key West I would like to stay there -
Quaint, boutique style, non-comercial hotel with a nice staff. Loved Brandon at the front desk. He was helpful, personable and fun to talk to. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to nightlife, but far enough away from the noise so that you can relax if you choose. We will DEFINITELY stay here again on our next trip to Key West.

Etablissement très bien entretenu. l'établissement et propre et les tenanciers généreux. Parking à disposition. L'apéritif gratuit est généreux.
Le petit déjeuner est très bien avec un beau choix de nourriture et il a lieu à l'extérieur. -

Good Location, the hotel is right in the middle of the "older" and nicer part of Key West. Cheapest restaurant around is Denny's, right around the corner. -
Large, beautifully furnished room, feels like you are in a 5 star hotel!
Very pretty setting, especially considering good location right in town. They obviously took a lot of trouble to make this place look good.

When we first got there, we were greeted by Lisa, who was PHENOMENAL! She gave us our key, then started telling us which places were best to go, when to go there, how to get there, etc. We put our things in our room - this place was amazing! We had our own balcony which overlooked the Hemmingway House!

The proprietor and the Inn were very cool. Our room looked over Ernest Hemingway's backyard so we were able to listen to a couple tours from our balcony. There was a nice breakfast offered each morning and an evening happy hour by the pool! They had snorkel gear rentals for free and bike rentals that were very reasonable. My husband and I had a fantastic time and will be back for longer!!

The Avalon is a lovely B&B on the quiet end of Duval, or at least as
quiet as it ever gets in Key West. We went for a relaxing long weekend
with relatives. There is no bar on the premises, but Pearls B&B is

Yvonne went out of her way to help us with sunset booking; the staff is friendly and helpful. We liked the spacious bathroom/shower and the netted bed, plenty of closet and drawer space. The full breakfast served on the quaint front porch right on Duval St. made for a glorious start to the morning; great people watching spot. The cookies and lemonade in afternoon is a nice touch. Private parking within short walking distance.

The pool was heated which was fantastic, the concierge was great - webooked an adventure day on a catamaran with parasailing, jet skis andsnorkelling plus an afternoon on board a fishing boat where we were theonly "guests" whilst sipping on Mango Smoothies by the poolside - howmuch better can it get? - Wonderful experience all around.

Bicycling distance to all of Key West, loved the facility quite but only
2 blocks off of Duval Street, Our king room was very comfortable, clean
and spacious. The grounds and older houses used for this property are

We loved everything! It was beautiful, with lush tropical landscaping
around a lovely pool and hot tub, reclaimed brick pathways and calming
white wood inside and out. I wanted to sit on the verandah sipping mint
juleps, though the complimentary chilled white wine from the reception
happy hour was just as good. Conrad and the other staff we met were very
pleasant, and the brown bread and boiled eggs at breakfast were much
appreciated after the sugary offerings in other hotels on our trip.

comfortable as possible. The small courtyard was lovely, relaxing, lush
and tropical. A complimentary breakfast with tasty breakfast cakes,
bagels, breads, and cheeses, and a wine happy hour made this stay extra

This hotel was very accommodating. My boyfriend and I took the ferry
from Fort Myers to Key West. The Artist house was a very short walk from
the landing. The room was beautiful with high ceilings and an en-suite
bathroom. The staff was extremely welcoming and very friendly. Duval
street and many of Key West's main stopping points are also a brief
walk away. Highly recommended for any couple vacationing in Key West.

Went to Key West on a Birthday trip with my mom. Our room was beautiful, staff was excellent, wonderful breakfast every morning. Very close to Duval street, but not so close that you can't get a good night's sleep. Especially liked that the staff allowed us to leave our luggage in the lobby after check-out so we didn't have to drag it around until

We stayed here for 4 nights as part of a 2 wk tour of Florida and thoroughly loved it. We would happily have stayed longer. It's a small B&B but we loved everything about it, from the friendly welcoming, helpful staff, to the traditional, quaint rooms which have a real home from home feel. Close location to restaurants and bars along Duval street and to Hemingway house and southernmost point, yet quiet and well appointed. We had a room by the pool that was clean and with a good sized renovated bathroom. Simple but filling breakfast with fresh cut fruit. Reception is closed after 6p, but are available for emergencies after hours. Staff went above and beyond - when our toilet plugged up late one night, one of the staff graciously came by to fix the problem quickly.

The Truman Hotel is perfectly located (and very easy to find-just head all the way down the US1-it'll be on your right eventually) 2 blocks (under 5 minutes stroll) from Duvall St. The hotel looks stylish in a Key West Art Deco way; the staff were efficient if not overly friendly; the room was very well appointed (we were on a balcony overlooking the pool) and the pool side was a great place to breakfast. The breakfast was more generous than other similar hotels we stayed at during the vacation
