My sister and I decided to stay at the Hilton Atlanta for Halloween. We
received an amazing price through letsbookhotel.com and had a fabulous
experience. Checking was fast and easy, the hotel staff truly made us
feel at home. The concierge wanted to make sure we had everything we
needed and gave us a rundown of all the amenities the hotel had to

The friendliness of the staff was top notch. I loved the free wi-fi computers in the lobby. The luxury of the hotel in itself was a vacation from home. The hotel's location was central to all the sightseeing and restaurants where we dined. The rooms were well planned out with comfortable beds, chairs desk. I loved the night lights built in the bedside tables. We were located on the 26th floor so were enjoyed the executives level breakfast bar. The perfect start to our day of sightseeing.

Front Desk (Jamel) was very friendly and accomodated us on a couple of small things we needed. The Bar Tender for the Cocktail Hour had a very nice way about him too. I liked the late check-out, the suite room was very large, and the many ammenities offered, like the pool and exercise room. The rooms are very comfortable, and the free happy hour was awesome.

Only stayed for a quick sleepover from airport. Apart from a little difficulty finding the entrance to the hotel the experience was good. Very clean room and extremely comfortable bed. -

Jeremy Ramey provided extremely thorough customer service. My mother (senior citizen) checked into the room a day before my arrival and Jeremy ensured that she got into the room and was comfortable. He worked diligently with me before her arrival to ensure that the reservation was confirmed and made arrangements for me to pay the bill in advance

The downtown location is great. Close to the mall, a metro station, the
aquarium, coca-cola, underground Atlanta, plenty of stuff to do. The
staff is friendly and the room was clean. The concierge is very helpful

Overall, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room in terms of furnishings and comfort was impeccable, something I would probably expect from higher end hotels. The room was always clean as well. The location was excellent because it was very close to the downtown area and many other areas of interest. There were restaurants nearby.

Location and price was key! We went to the Lakers game at the Philips
Arena which was 3 minutes away. Talk about convenience! Also the price
was extremely reasonable for the location. None of the other hotels
could compare to that price with that location. Overall I had an awesome

The staff was wonderful. There was a mishap with my reservation but the
front desk lady fixed it immediately and upgraded me to a suite for the
inconvience! Security was also helpful on our last night staying! And it
very convient to all the attractions we did through our city pass! Loved
it. We will return soon!
