I liked the beds, the provided breakfast, the size of the rooms, and the
provided television set and internet service. My room was excellent and
the staff was very helpful and friendly. -
Good location for where I wanted to be in town, which was the
southeast quadrant.
Economical pricing compared to other locations which cost substantially more.

The location and the service was wonderful, the contemporary style of the hotel was great room was a Lil small but for the location and service well worth the price! Excellent choice the wife loved it! Other downtown hotels don't even measure up! If your choosing Indianapolis this should be your first choice quiet at night with the same access

The hotel & decor were beautiful and very clean. Loved the walk-in
shower with the rainfall shower head! The staff was very friendly and
helpful. We were there for the Bands of America Grand Nationals, so the
location to Lucas Oil Field was not bad, but to most restaurants was a
long walk. I'm not in good shape, so all the walking we did, was
quite a challenge!

Great location and I appreciate the security of key access in the
elevator even though it took me a moment to figure it out. Ha! -

Rooms were large and comfortable. If we could have been sure they were
clean and the fan/curtain fixed, it would have been a great place to
stay. As it is, we are glad we were only there one night. What concerns
me is that these are all fixable things and so have probably been left
unfixed intentionally. And there is never an excuse for a less tha

The room was outstanding, very clean and roomy. The king-size bed was just like sleeping in our own bed! The staff were all amazing, very accommodating. The location is perfect, close to everything. The breakfast was phenomenal, very hot and tasty!

Very close to the downtown attractions with easy walking via the sky bridges. The exercise facilities were excellent. The beds were very comfortable. - Close to the convention center.

I appreciated the fact that I was called back when I left a message with
housekeeping about a computer cord that I forgot in the hotel room. The
found my cord and are mailing it to me. That service was good! -
Had a restaurant in the hotel, fitness facility was fairly large and had
dumbbells and benches.

There was breakfast at 4:45 am for us before we had to leave for the airport. Microtel had drivers available to drop us off at the airport at 5:00 am and pick us up at 12:00 pm on our return flight. It was amazing. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. -

Was very close to the Exact Target Connections conference facilities. The room was comfortable (beds were comfy, nice linens & good pillows) & the curtains were true blackout. I stayed on the Concierge floor, so really enjoyed the convenience of the food served there. All the staff members were service-oriented & friendly. -
