I stayed at this hotel on 20.02-21.02.2013. Very friendly staff.
Breakfast is very plentiful and tasty!In the room there is everything
you need for living: shampoo,shower gel,towels of different
types,hairdryer,TVset,free Wi-fi.There is free shuttle which goes to
Universal and Sea World but only once a day and pick up from parks in
the evening.The

Universal by walk it will take about 25 minutes from hotel (on the bus
it will take about 35-4 -
15Min walk to Universal. Short drive to outlet mall. Recently renovated,
clean, good value when booked well in advance. Standard cold ceral,
toast and coffee breakfast. Pool was clean and great for afternoon or
evening swim in 85+ weather. Free parking. Natalie on front desk was
helpful. Free in room wifi and computer station in lobby. Gym area was
located where renovations were taking place so did not use. Stayed 6
days and it was great.

The Staff was delightful. The young lady who checked us in was helpful
and sweet, it seemed that she liked her job ! We went directly to our
room (which was ready an hour before check -in dictates and we were
dying for coffee. There were some cleaning carts in the hall and I asked
if we could have a few extra coffee pods. The women were so kind an

I particularly like the check-in service staff,Juliana who made my family and I felt welcomed. Her warm and friendly personality, clear explanation about what to do to prepare us for our early morning visit to The Wizarding of Harry Potter, the printing of ID passes.
The express check-out service was brilliant!

The hotel is beautiful. Very clean & room was lovely. Would definitely stay here again. Great that you have fast pass for universal parks, although you do pay more for staying at one of the on site hotels I think it's definitely worth it! -

The front desk people and the staff in general, including the room service people were friendly and accommodating. The suites in this hotel are fantastic with plenty of space. The beds are huge and very comfortable. There are complimentary drinks every evening for residences in the Bar.They have a shuttle bus to take you anywhere within a 3 mile radius. I would stay at this hotel again -

Keep this name in your head: Shy! An excellent employee who just opened the doors of Orlando with a smile and with a sympathy that we won the first second we arrived at La Quinta. The hotel has excelent facilities, is clean, offers good parking, has a shuttle to the parks and has a large bedroom, perfect for those who go shopping in that wonderful city! On arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a larger room with a refrigerator. When we got to the room we discovered there were no lights installed. We called Reception and they sent someone up. He said the room should not have been used and offered to move us but we asked him just to bring some portable lights as we had already unpacked.

Location to Convention Center was great because you could avoid traffic on International Drive. Rooms were clean and quiet. Pool and pool bar were exceptional and staff at the pool bar were friendly and great to talk to.

Blue Heron was affordable for that many, We rented 3 -1 bedroom suites and divided into groups of 5. All of us enjoyed having a full kitchen. The pool was a favorite of the grandchildren. The staff were friendly and helpful. All in all it was a good value for the money.
