Excellent choice the wife loved it! Other downtown hotels don't even measure up! Staff was friendly and professional...and I never leave comments! - The hotel & decor were beautiful and very clean. Loved the walk-in shower with the rainfall shower head! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were there for the Bands of America Grand Nationals, so the location to Lucas Oil Field was not bad, but to most restaurants was a long walk. I'm not in good shape, so all the walking we did, was quite a challenge!

  Rooms were large and comfortable. If we could have been sure they were clean and the fan/curtain fixed, it would have been a great place to stay. As it is, we are glad we were only there one night. What concerns me is that these are all fixable things and so have probably been left unfixed intentionally. Microtel had drivers available to drop us off at the airport at 5:00 am and pick us up at 12:00 pm on our return flight. It was amazing. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Employees were great, called a cab daily for me at my request. I would stay here again if traveling to Indy!

  Was very close to the Exact Target Connections conference facilities. The room was comfortable (beds were comfy, nice linens & good pillows) & the curtains were true blackout. I stayed on the Concierge floor, so really enjoyed the convenience of the food served there.
