Although the room was a bit small and we did have noisy neighbors, the overall experience in that price was exc - Location was excellent, staff very helpful and friendly, good breakfast. As part of a package that was purchased online we went on a 4 day cruise and had 2 nights at the Hyatt Regency. The nights at Cotton Exchange were an add on that we purchased on our own. We preferred the Cotton Exchange by far. We wouldn't hesitate to come again and recommend it to our friends. Not so of the Hyatt. We would never go there again. Your staff is really excellent!

It's far enough away from Bourbon Street to be able to sleep with no noise and close enough to be on Bourbon Street to walk there in minutes. It's about a 20 minute walk to Frenchman Street.
