The pool was heated which was fantastic, the concierge was great - webooked an adventure day on a catamaran with parasailing, jet skis andsnorkelling plus an afternoon on board a fishing boat where we were theonly "guests" whilst sipping on Mango Smoothies by the poolside - howmuch better can it get? - Wonderful experience all around.

The staff was fantastic! Always genuinely friendly and happy! The location was away from all the noise on duval but still close enough to enjoy a night out. The views were beautiful and the pier was my absolute favorite. A nice option to avoid the noise at the pool if you want to relax. -

The character of the Eden house being part of Old Key West. The staff was incredible. They all were right there to do and help with anything. It is an experience to stay at the Eden house even though it is a little more expensive, it is well worth it.

Friendly staff, for Europeans over-friendly but get used to it if you
want to visit the usa. They have 3 pools and a beach with complimentary
towels. You can order food & drinks on the tab of the room so
that's easy.
Free parking in front of your room as well as free WiFi all over the hotel. Breakfast is until 11:30 am
Barefoot Billy’s is right around the corner if you want to go jet skiing.
Just relax and enjoy the view, nothing bad to say about this hotel!

It was a nice staty at this hotel. The staff were nice and very frindely . The hotel facilities were clean and maintanted in a very good way. The location is perfect as it located on Duval Street which is full of nice restaurants and cafés .

My husband and I had a four night stay here with our two teenage girls, and loved it. The staff were all great especially Brian (Irish), on the front desk, he gave us such a warm welcome, made us feel special. The room was fantastic, with view of marina. Location. Location. Location. We stayed at this Westin because it is so convenient to the area of Key West that has most of the attractions, shopping, etc. It overlooks the water and is immediately adjacent to Mallory Square where everyone gathers to watch the sunset. We probably could have seen it from our balcony if not for just enough clouds to obscure just the sun each day.

Upon arrival at the Marriot we were upgraded from a Standard King to the Presidential Suite which was totally unexpected! The room was stunning, much more than we could ever ask for and we absolutely loved staying in that room.
The fact the resort is outside the town centre wasn't an issue for us although the bus only goes once an hour so it wasn't very convieninet if you miss it!
Jeff the pool attendant was excellent and really made our stay more pleasant.

This is a lovely Key West style resort located just off the quiet end of Duvall Street. The facility is charming, well kept and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful without being overbearing. We felt comfortable relaxing by the pool and having and drink or sitting in the AC in our room. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to accommodate us when our flight home was canceled due to bad weather. The grounds/pools/hot tubs were lovely and well-maintained. Breakfast was good and decently priced. It was also great having a nice little bar right downstairs from our room, and the people we met there were all friendly and fun.
