The Grand Guesthouse was an incredibly quiet, relaxing experience. It's away from the party scene in Key West, allowing us to sleep like logs and have a leisurely breakfast on the patio each morning. I loved the coziness we felt the second we walked in the door.
Everything was very clean. The staff was the greatest, the breakfast was
absolutely wonderful. We left on our scheduled departure date. Went to
town for lunch and call to get another night, we just didn't want to
leave yet. We loved the convenience of our location to the town. Thank

Yvonne went out of her way to help us with sunset booking; the staff is friendly and helpful. We liked the spacious bathroom/shower and the netted bed, plenty of closet and drawer space. The full breakfast served on the quaint front porch right on Duval St. made for a glorious start to the morning; great people watching spot. The cookies and lemonade in afternoon is a nice touch. Private parking within short walking distance.

I liked everything about this hotel. It was close to Duval St. which is where all the action is.The rooms were clean, very roomy and decorated beautifully. The location was excellent. Walking distance to everything yet far enough off of Duvall St. The Inn was very clean & comfortable. The salt water pool was well maintained and quite refreshing. Our room was very nicely decorated & we loved the view overlooking the pool from our deck.

Rooms were excellent, good size, clean and comfortable. Nicely
decorated, Very good location on Duval street. Used the pool and sundeck
which were great. Disappointed that the tikki bar was not open as would
have liked to try the indian menu. Only stayed one night but would have
liked to stay longer. -

Value - There are many hotels to choose from on Key West, but at a
cost. The Best Western was a good value. It was clean and easy to get
to. It is a little further from downtown but still only a 10 minute
drive to Duval Street. We visited during the off season so there was
plenty of street parking for $2 an hour off of Duval. Overall, we were

Courteous and helpful staff. Nice breakfast complete with make-your-own waffle machine. Bus service into Key West stops right outside front door of hotel. Spacious and comfortable bedroom. Free WiFi with excellent signal. Really nice, warm pool and nice cocktail bar beside it. Lovely, cute birds frequent the poolside area.

Loved the curb appeal. Especially the greeter cat. This little b&b is so quaint, perfect for the Key West setting. The small patio/pool melded with the poolside rooms so that it was almost an indoor/outdoor feel. The location was perfect within walking distance of numerous tourist sites. The roosters and ambiance added a perfect feel to the Key West experience.

I liked the historic building and the amount of space I had. My apartment opened on the porch which was very nice to sit on late in the evenings. It was a nice strolling distance from Duval and Southernmost Point. I liked the area. The character of the Eden house being part of Old Key West. The staff was incredible. They all were right there to do and help with anything. It is an experience to stay at the Eden house even though it is a little more expensive, it is well worth it.

When we first got there, we were greeted by Lisa, who was PHENOMENAL! She gave us our key, then started telling us which places were best to go, when to go there, how to get there, etc. We put our things in our room - this place was amazing! We had our own balcony which overlooked the Hemmingway House!

The proprietor and the Inn were very cool. Our room looked over Ernest Hemingway's backyard so we were able to listen to a couple tours from our balcony. There was a nice breakfast offered each morning and an evening happy hour by the pool! They had snorkel gear rentals for free and bike rentals that were very reasonable. My husband and I had a fantastic time and will be back for longer!!

the rooms were very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. We booked a room facing the water. It was a joy to open the seaside window in the morning and let in the fresh, warm air. The hotel is next to busy route 1, but it still has a small, family resort feel. There are iguana, giant turtles, and Ibis on the hotel grounds. The guy who rents the paddle boards and kayaks was also great. We can tell that it's had an upgrade recently because the paint is fresh and the facilities look updat

The front desk clerks were sooo friendly and accomodating. The check in was fast and easy thanks to Angel.We were traveling with our 2 little dogs and they were welcomed with friendly smiles and pets. -
No driving once we got to the airport.Shuttles took us everywhere.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Artist House on Fleming. We were in town for a wedding and stayed the 1st four nights at a beach resort and then switched over to the B&B for our last 3 nights. The staff was wonderful -- very helpful with recommendations and reservations! The house was charming, the location great and the breakfasts very good with lots of healthy choices. The air conditioner in our room worked well and felt wonderful when we returned to the room after a full day of activities. It was very hot and humid when we were there.
