When we first got there, we were greeted by Lisa, who was PHENOMENAL! She gave us our key, then started telling us which places were best to go, when to go there, how to get there, etc. We put our things in our room - this place was amazing! We had our own balcony which overlooked the Hemmingway House!

The proprietor and the Inn were very cool. Our room looked over Ernest Hemingway's backyard so we were able to listen to a couple tours from our balcony. There was a nice breakfast offered each morning and an evening happy hour by the pool! They had snorkel gear rentals for free and bike rentals that were very reasonable. My husband and I had a fantastic time and will be back for longer!!

quiet as it ever gets in Key West. We went for a relaxing long weekend

Yvonne went out of her way to help us with sunset booking; the staff is friendly and helpful. We liked the spacious bathroom/shower and the netted bed, plenty of closet and drawer space. The full breakfast served on the quaint front porch right on Duval St. made for a glorious start to the morning; great people watching spot. The cookies and lemonade in afternoon is a nice touch. Private parking within short walking distance.

This hotel was very accommodating. My boyfriend and I took the ferry
from Fort Myers to Key West. The Artist house was a very short walk from
the landing. The room was beautiful with high ceilings and an en-suite
bathroom. The staff was extremely welcoming and very friendly. Duval
street and many of Key West's main stopping points are also a brief
walk away. Highly recommended for any couple vacationing in Key West.

We stayed here for 4 nights as part of a 2 wk tour of Florida and thoroughly loved it. We would happily have stayed longer. Close location to restaurants and bars along Duval street and to Hemingway house and southernmost point, yet quiet and well appointed. We had a room by the pool that was clean and with a good sized renovated bathroom. Simple but filling breakfast with fresh cut fruit. Reception is closed after 6p, but are available for emergencies after hours. Staff went above and beyond - when our toilet plugged up late one night, one of the staff graciously came by to fix the problem quickly.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Artist House on Fleming. We were in town for a wedding and stayed the 1st four nights at a beach resort and then switched over to the B&B for our last 3 nights. The staff was wonderful -- very helpful with recommendations and reservations! The house was charming, the location great and the breakfasts very good with lots of healthy choices. The air conditioner in our room worked well and felt wonderful when we returned to the room after a full day of activities. It was very hot and humid when we were there.

The Grand Guesthouse was an incredibly quiet, relaxing experience. It's away from the party scene in Key West, allowing us to sleep like logs and have a leisurely breakfast on the patio each morning. Loved the curb appeal. Especially the greeter cat. This little b&b is so quaint, perfect for the Key West setting. The small patio/pool melded with the poolside rooms so that it was almost an indoor/outdoor feel. The location was perfect within walking distance of numerous tourist sites. The roosters and ambiance added a perfect feel to the Key West experience.

The location couldn't be better. Quiet, historic residential neighborhood yet only a few blocks from the main attractions near Mallory Square. Three quaint old houses connected together, updated décor and nice bathrooms, 3 small pools. We liked our 116 room which was a spacious quaintly converted attic. Steep narrow stairs but quite private. Not cheap, but good value for Key West. Would stay there again.

Everything was great at our stay in Key West, the Guesthouse is just 3 min walk from Duval Street. We came by ferry from Ft Myers and it was just a 5 min walk from there as well. To the Southernmost Point it is about a 20 min walk but you can take Duval St so you have a lot to see (shops, bars...).

storey with with painted verandahs and balcony S. Brilliant room and

We had the "Pelican Suite" and is like a little house apart of the hotel, so we feel at home, independent exit gate, close to the breakfast island, and cozy table outside the room. The Egret room was super big, very comfy, feeling like home, in a colonial house with lush vegetation in the garden. The breakfast is all-you-can-eat and in the garden: lovely! The staff is friendly. Wifi access for free. We didn't have the time to experience the pool.
