Rooms were excellent, good size, clean and comfortable. Nicely
decorated, Very good location on Duval street. Used the pool and sundeck
which were great. Disappointed that the tikki bar was not open as would
have liked to try the indian menu. Only stayed one night but would have
liked to stay longer. -

really comfortable and clean, the breakfast was perfect and the location
was the best! Next to the Duval Street for shopping, restaurants are

Loved the curb appeal. Especially the greeter cat. This little b&b is so quaint, perfect for the Key West setting. The small patio/pool melded with the poolside rooms so that it was almost an indoor/outdoor feel. The location was perfect within walking distance of numerous tourist sites. The roosters and ambiance added a perfect feel to the Key West experience.

was as old as it was. Seems like someone has their eye on the details.

The character of the Eden house being part of Old Key West. The staff was incredible. They all were right there to do and help with anything. It is an experience to stay at the Eden house even though it is a little more expensive, it is well worth it.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Artist House on Fleming. We were in town for a wedding and stayed the 1st four nights at a beach resort and then switched over to the B&B for our last 3 nights. The staff was wonderful -- very helpful with recommendations and reservations! The house was charming, the location great and the breakfasts very good with lots of healthy choices. The air conditioner in our room worked well and felt wonderful when we returned to the room after a full day of activities. It was very hot and humid when we were there.

We love the pool&hottub. My little one (8 months) really enjoyed swiming&playing in hottub.Water in the pool warm enough for a baby. Spacious room, free parking and internet.
There is some distance from attraction in Key West, but free shuttle bus available. -

Bicycling distance to all of Key West, loved the facility quite but only
2 blocks off of Duval Street, Our king room was very comfortable, clean
and spacious. The grounds and older houses used for this property are
well kept and very cool. Car parking is charged additional but its

We loved everything! It was beautiful, with lush tropical landscaping
around a lovely pool and hot tub, reclaimed brick pathways and calming
white wood inside and out. I wanted to sit on the verandah sipping mint
juleps, though the complimentary chilled white wine from the reception
happy hour was just as good. Conrad and the other staff we met were very
pleasant, and the brown bread and boiled eggs at breakfast were much
appreciated after the sugary offerings in other hotels on our trip.

We booked a 2 story 2 bedroom after reading many many reviews. The
negative reviews were so petty and minor that we opted because of the
price to book. Great great place. The condo we were in was amazing ly
clean and well stocked. We overlooked the pool. Comfortable beds...deck

The staff was excellent, especially nani, she made our stay so much
better at coconut mallory. Nani is such a pleasant person and was so
helpful to us being our first time at key west. We would have been lost
with out her help. This was a perfect place for usto stay because we
chartered fishing a few days and were picked right up at the marina
dock. The apartment also met our needs, plenty of room in the two
bedroom, two bath apt with nice kitchen to fix a few meals such as
bkfast or a quick lu

Location was perfect for walking to downtown and all of the festivities. Really enjoyed relaxing by the water after a long night of partying. Drinks and food at the tiki were great as was the service. Would highly recommend the Galleon to anyone staying in Key West. Looking forward to the next visit! -
