My husband and I had a four night stay here with our two teenage girls, and loved it. The staff were all great especially Brian (Irish), on the front desk, he gave us such a warm welcome, made us feel special. The room was fantastic, with view of marina. Location. Location. Location. We stayed at this Westin because it is so convenient to the area of Key West that has most of the attractions, shopping, etc. It overlooks the water and is immediately adjacent to Mallory Square where everyone gathers to watch the sunset. We probably could have seen it from our balcony if not for just enough clouds to obscure just the sun each day.

The suite was absolutely fantastic. We felt like celebrities, and we could find no faults with accommodations, views and the staff were very helpful and bent over backwards to assist with any issue. Upon arrival at the Marriot we were upgraded from a Standard King to the Presidential Suite which was totally unexpected! The room was stunning, much more than we could ever ask for and we absolutely loved staying in that room.
The fact the resort is outside the town centre wasn't an issue for us although the bus only goes once an hour so it wasn't very convieninet if you miss it!
Jeff the pool attendant was excellent and really made our stay more pleasant.

When we first got there, we were greeted by Lisa, who was PHENOMENAL! She gave us our key, then started telling us which places were best to go, when to go there, how to get there, etc. We put our things in our room - this place was amazing! We had our own balcony which overlooked the Hemmingway House!

The proprietor and the Inn were very cool. Our room looked over Ernest Hemingway's backyard so we were able to listen to a couple tours from our balcony. There was a nice breakfast offered each morning and an evening happy hour by the pool! They had snorkel gear rentals for free and bike rentals that were very reasonable. My husband and I had a fantastic time and will be back for longer!!

The staff were veey accomodating, from the moment we arrived they paid attention to make it a special anniversary for us. We were greeted in our suite with baloons, chocolate truffles and champagne after a day of sightseeing.
The beach and pool area were beautiful, and the pig roast was very enjoyable.

This is a typical resort hotel with rooms opening from an open corridor, very friendly and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The room was spacious, there was a fridge in it as well.
I have to highlight the location of the hotel which is very good, it is like two blocks away from the Southernmost Point and you can reach the main street with a short walk.
The hotel has a private beach as well.

The service was incredible. We received champagne upon our arrival. Complete ocean view was not available but we had the best partial view. Very relaxing. Everything was available at the hotel so we did not need to leave the resort if we didn't want to. -

Etablissement très bien entretenu. l'établissement et propre et les tenanciers généreux. Parking à disposition. L'apéritif gratuit est généreux.
Le petit déjeuner est très bien avec un beau choix de nourriture et il a lieu à l'extérieur. -

Good Location, the hotel is right in the middle of the "older" and nicer part of Key West. Cheapest restaurant around is Denny's, right around the corner. -
Large, beautifully furnished room, feels like you are in a 5 star hotel!
Very pretty setting, especially considering good location right in town. They obviously took a lot of trouble to make this place look good.

most of them. If you're riding a motorcycle, stay here. They are
extremely accommodating! The breakfast is exactly what you need. Just

It was within walking or biking distance of the busy downtown fun, but provided a relaxing retreat with quite when needed.
The staff was very knowledgeable about the area, friendly and helpful.
I liked the variety of visitors that we got to interact with at breakfast or by the pool.

Location is good. Nice clean comfortable place. Close from the beach, but the beach is private. Walkable distance to Duval street. Good guy at the reception. Pool right in front of the room. Would recommend for family, couples alike. Breakfast and wi-fi included. Room had a small dressing room outside bathroom which was cool.

Kim, the desk clerk, was so helpful and cheerful to us. We needed an extra night due to the Key West Express canceling our return trip to Ft Myers. Kim did all she could do to accommodate us including us being able to stay in our room.

Quaint, boutique style, non-comercial hotel with a nice staff. Loved Brandon at the front desk. He was helpful, personable and fun to talk to. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to nightlife, but far enough away from the noise so that you can relax if you choose. We will DEFINITELY stay here again on our next trip to Key West.

The Hemingway suite was wonderful. This stay was very quite and relaxed,
the beds were very comfortable even my bad back liked them. The
"Dreams" was within a short walk to all the good sites but far

Very nice, spacious and comfortable suite in a quiet garden area. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Pool area is nice and heated - perfect for night swimming after a long day at the beach or on town. Higgs beach is only a short walk away and about a mile walk to downtown Duvall St. Greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

This place was amazing! Super Close to shopping, Duval Street. Grounds were kept very nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the 2 bedroom a studio with a large upstairs deck. We had a full kitchen, and were able to cook breakfast every day and store food. We rented bikes right from the hotel, very cheap. Overall great experience!

Location was perfect for walking to downtown and all of the festivities. Really enjoyed relaxing by the water after a long night of partying. Drinks and food at the tiki were great as was the service. Would highly recommend the Galleon to anyone staying in Key West. Looking forward to the next visit! -
