The staff at Westwinds were great. They helped us with a late check-in, were very friendly, and were always available to help.
The concept of the Inn is awesome. They have several separate "bungalow" type buildings with two or three rooms each.
The rooms are comfortable and clean, the complimentary breakfast next to the pool was good, and the location of the property is as good as it gets. You can easily walk or bike to Duval Street and to the main attractions in the Island.

I liked everything about this hotel. It was close to Duval St. which is where all the action is.The rooms were clean, very roomy and decorated beautifully. The location was excellent. Walking distance to everything yet far enough off of Duvall St. The Inn was very clean & comfortable. The salt water pool was well maintained and quite refreshing. Our room was very nicely decorated & we loved the view overlooking the pool from our deck.

My husband and I had a four night stay here with our two teenage girls, and loved it. The staff were all great especially Brian (Irish), on the front desk, he gave us such a warm welcome, made us feel special. The room was fantastic, with view of marina. Location. Location. Location. We stayed at this Westin because it is so convenient to the area of Key West that has most of the attractions, shopping, etc. It overlooks the water and is immediately adjacent to Mallory Square where everyone gathers to watch the sunset. We probably could have seen it from our balcony if not for just enough clouds to obscure just the sun each day.

Value - There are many hotels to choose from on Key West, but at a

Courteous and helpful staff. Nice breakfast complete with make-your-own waffle machine. Bus service into Key West stops right outside front door of hotel. Spacious and comfortable bedroom. Free WiFi with excellent signal. Really nice, warm pool and nice cocktail bar beside it. Lovely, cute birds frequent the poolside area.

Upon arrival at the Marriot we were upgraded from a Standard King to the Presidential Suite which was totally unexpected! The room was stunning, much more than we could ever ask for and we absolutely loved staying in that room.
The fact the resort is outside the town centre wasn't an issue for us although the bus only goes once an hour so it wasn't very convieninet if you miss it!
Jeff the pool attendant was excellent and really made our stay more pleasant.

It was a nice staty at this hotel. The staff were nice and very frindely . The hotel facilities were clean and maintanted in a very good way. The location is perfect as it located on Duval Street which is full of nice restaurants and cafés .

the rooms were very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. We booked a room facing the water. It was a joy to open the seaside window in the morning and let in the fresh, warm air. The hotel is next to busy route 1, but it still has a small, family resort feel. There are iguana, giant turtles, and Ibis on the hotel grounds. The front desk clerks were sooo friendly and accomodating. The check in was fast and easy thanks to Angel.We were traveling with our 2 little dogs and they were welcomed with friendly smiles and pets. -
No driving once we got to the airport.Shuttles took us everywhere.

The pool was heated which was fantastic, the concierge was great - webooked an adventure day on a catamaran with parasailing, jet skis andsnorkelling plus an afternoon on board a fishing boat where we were theonly "guests" whilst sipping on Mango Smoothies by the poolside - howmuch better can it get? - Wonderful experience all around.

The staff was wonderful -- very helpful with recommendations and reservations! The house was charming, the location great and the breakfasts very good with lots of healthy choices. The air conditioner in our room worked well and felt wonderful when we returned to the room after a full day of activities. It was very hot and humid when we were there.

Lets Start with AMAZING! I travel twice a month to Key west and don't know why I haven't stayed here before.Amazing staff very helpful and polite, less than 5 mins from Duval street with a free shuttle 11-4. CLEAN rooms spotless actually. AC works great. I had the 2 bedroom suite was a tri-level suite almost like a townhome. very Key west feeling thru out. Better option in Key west and amazingly reasonably priced. Highly recommend for solo travelers or family's
