  We only stayed for two nights but in that time the staff made an impression that will last with us. From the first interaction until the last the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. We didn't use the restaurant however we did use room service and the food was great. What a great hotel and we'd definitely stay there for our next t - The hotel staff were merry and friendly and I did like that the receptionist got me checked in in my room even though I was early. The room service was great. They were fast to serving me. The massage treatment I got was great. Also, I had another appointment in the spa and then I cancelled my reservation, generously they didn't charge me a penny. The hotel afford to keep my luggage safe after check out bcs I had to go somewhere and get back later to get them, which was great. The check out was

In itself it is an attractive newly opened hotel, with comfortable rooms, and nice restaurant facility. Not on the grand scale of some of the large hotels in Dubai, but definately excellent value for money. The bed was big enough for the three of us and very comfortable. The rainfall shower was great and the tub is very nice size.   The staff were very attentive and supportive. They will go out of their way to make sure the guests feel comfortable and satisfied. We had the privilege of being attended to by Mr. Ansar, Asish and the nice ladies from the front desk.   The Jumeirah always does it right, from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, you feel very well taken care of. The hotel was beautiful, the beds fantastic, the access to their other hotel beaches and Wild Wadi is an added bonus. Breakfast was great and the hospitality is always wonderful at Jumeirah hotels. I wish they could all be like this. - The staff were amazing. The hotel is less then one year old and is spotless, although you get the impression that it will stay that way forever as the staff are constantly cleaning. The location is nearer Dubai old town with the many souks etc. It is part of the Jumeirah chain so you can use Jumeirah beach hotel, madinat, WIld Wadi etc for free.
