The Burj al Arab is beyond compare when it comes to service and a feeling of absolute luxury. We ate at the al mahara seafood restaurant which is worth the trip alone, but the butler service and hotel staff go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect , which is was the whole time we were there. this is something special. Outstanding comfort,attention and room facilities. We felt very welcome and valued as guests at all times. The afternoon and evening butler was outstanding in all area,s and made our short stay superb.
