The view from the room was fabulous. Clear blue sky, sea and the Burj. My children loved the buggy used by the hotel to transport guests between the sister hotels.everything..........the service, attention to detail, facilities and value for money we could not fault....definately would return for another stay. Shopping, the pool and the complimentary shuttle mini bus to Mall of the Emirates and the Gold and Diamond Park. The breakfasts are also excellent.Everything there was absolutely fantastic, I will definitely pay several other visits in the near future. In room brkfast is bad. Food was not really five star, 3 max! During the higher seasons thehotel is far too expensive. Food and Drink were expensive but expected in a 5* hotel. Room service was very reasonable.The breakfast is very expensive. Sometimes the room service is poor... Its not like they dun clean .. butu have to check twice on them so that they come and clean the room. The attitude of the majority of the staff was a little rude and i didnt feel like a welcome guest. The attitude could be one reason why i wouldnt visit it again.. The attitude of Miss PIONEER was very very rude. The room service was nice except they enter the room quicly after they knock while you are inside the room which sometimes hurt our privacy with my wife. food was on the expensive side making it necessary to find alternatives. Tax is high. the check in timing I didn't like...we arrived at 5:30 am and they made us wait till 2pm. Nothing at all - the whole experience was fantastic. I'm saving up for the next trip already.There was a little confusion whist checking in, whereby we were offered an upgrade on the Rumadan package for x amount of dirhams and reflected differently on our final account-We feel that we were mislead!. the food is very expisive breakfast 145AD and lunch 250AD and diner 250 AD itis tow mutch for boufe food that only >.

The family pool, Sinbad’s Kids Club and Beachcombers restaurant will be closed for certain periods of the refurbishment. Additionally, a large section of the private beach will be inaccessible, and guests should expect noise within the hotel between 10:00 and 18:00 when work is being completed.
