Food and beverage is quite expensive. They could have been received by the airport if you booked through the Jumeirah But because I booked through you did not get that I was forced to ride a taxi .. Altough expensive it is still value for money but I would like to see some more free of charge services included when taking an Executive Deluxe Room. the hotel is huge as it is connected to three other hotels and shopping center. sign boards for directions are poor and limited.In the rooms the toilet looked as though the decorator had run out of finishing touches. In my opinion this did not flow from the bathroom. Just small touches like a border or picture on wall to take away the plainness. Probably would not notice this minor aspect if the rooms were not so amazing!. slightly slow to care about my luggage and check in at arrival, but minor problems. i was not informed about whole packet and price for all so was a bit confused and shocked by the price, but after was very satisfied. plz remove the kitchen from the respition. The check-in and checkout times. the tv in the rooms an old style ,not flexiabe to turne around.and the internet connection you have to call some someone to connect 4u.The room was dirty and there was a lot of bugs near the desk and aroundthe capinet.
