Beauty of the room and peace of mind

They could have been received by the airport if you booked through the Jumeirah But because I booked through you did not get that I was forced to ride a taxi .. Thank you for any event

Fasinating spacious place. Hospitable and helpful staff. Amazing facilities and services including gulf car tranportaion and boat riding around the clock and free of charge access to the great Wild Wadi.

Excellent staff, always ready to serve guests. Excellent facilities, very good planning. Kids club facilities are very good. Very clean. We would like to thank the front office manager Mr.Rahul Sharma for upgrading our rooms in the absence of 2 interconnecting rooms, as reserved.

Excellent service, attentive staff, great facilities. We really enjoyed The Executive Lounge. There are so many places to go at Madinat Jumeirah. GREAT!

The client is given the impression that he is the most important guest to the Hotel, the choice of excellent restaurants in the resort, the transport systems within the resort especially the boats to go from one place to another.

Altough expensive it is still value for money but I would like to see some more free of charge services included when taking an Executive Deluxe Room.

The whole resort exceeded any standards that my wife and I have beenexposed to in top hotels around the world. Al Qasr is excellencepersonified.

Levels of luxury, services offered exceeded levels expected and the staff were truly first class

In the rooms the toilet looked as though the decorator had run out of finishing touches. In my opinion this did not flow from the bathroom. Just small touches like a border or picture on wall to take away the plainness. Probably would not notice this minor aspect if the rooms were not so amazing!

the hotel is huge as it is connected to three other hotels and shopping center. sign boards for directions are poor and limited.

the tv in the rooms an old style ,not flexiabe to turne around.and the internet connection you have to call some someone to connect 4u.
