We were upgraded to a harbour view room when we arrived. We found the Hotel, the city, and the food so great we decided to stay a extra day. By far the best hotel experience we have ever had. Thank you Hilton St. John. We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton in Saint John, NB for one night. We had a harbor view. There were a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Parking was free for the weekend.

Excellent location; easy access to Harbour Station; very helpful bellman---lots of patience with our questions; handy parking garage; great views of the harbour. Our room had a bay view. It was clean and comfortable. Sara sent up complimentary chocolate covered strawberries. The staff was excellent. the room was nice and comfy and it had a fridge however it needed to be adjusted as it was not level. Staff was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Concierge Robert extremely helpful and honest. Especially enjoyed the luxurious comfort of the mattress and pillows. Slept like a log. Excellent facilities.close proximity to Shopping Mall & outside boardwalk. Location! Great view of the harbour. good access to the town centre. Everything. Enjoyed so much we stayed a night on our way home. Right on the harbor Connected to Market Square and Harbor Walk. Nice view from the room and easy access to shopping and food. The hotel was in a good location to the city however there was very little to do there. Nothing. The address that was given on our booking receipt was not the accurate one to get to the hotel. It actually was for the entire block. We had to just try what we could to find the entrance. The good thing was it was tall and we could see it but with one ways, etc. we had trouble figuring out where the front door was. Ice machines only on even # floors. Had to go looking for ice machine. Lack of free internet access---it should be readily available in 2013!!. I liked everything. the coffee pot did not brew 2 cups of coffee only one, we could not find a munchie vending machine in the hotel. Management did not explain the extra $200. taken out at billing. When asked, manager gave us a hard time, never apologizing. Uncoordinated parking facilities. As always my gripe for business hotels. the price had a 2 in front of it. Traveling privately the always is a sore point. additional fee for parking. Ice/soda room on floor did not have ventilation and was hotter than a suana. NO free Internet! You could also hear the TV from the adjoining room through the walls. Flush never stop running. the tequila martini. Having to pay for parking. And wished the complimentary breakfast could have been in-room. Partner had to leave before me and I didn't feel like going to restaurant to eat alone. So I didn't get breakfast. Since we booked thru letsbookhotel.com we were treated like second class citizens. We were placed on the lowest floor possible even though we paid the premium for the bay view. For the price I would suggest any of the other hotels in town. There was.
