The location of the hotel was good for coming off the highway. There were some nice shops close to the hotel. They gave us a map pointing out features close by. Valet parking was only $5 more than park it yourself. The staff are friendly and helpful with info. Went to a concert and the Delta connected via pedway to the location. We did not have to re-park our car and easily returned to the Hotel.

It was not very noise proof and we were kepted up almost all night and at check I was not asked "How was my stay" because they would of know I WILL NOT be back...... Price. paying for parking and travelling from parking lot to room through the shopping mall. very noisy,was a party, and hall was crazy noisy woke us up.. AND the crazy, set up of elevators.. getting for parking to lobby,, to rooms. When I booked my trip I thought I had Delta's website but apparently I did not. I was not given the team rate since I booked it through you, therefore I paid $30 plus tax more than the rest of the team. the room wasn't as clean as we were expecting ( beer bottle covers on the floor and I cleaned the bathtub before we used it.) and the room were not very sound proof, we could hear the people in neighbouring rooms. Our room window area (above window) was completely wet with water The dry wall was partially detached and mold could be noticed all along the window. This is obviously a health hazard. Considering that the hotel was "recently" renovated, I have don't understand why the room was in such a disastrous condition exposing guest to a health hazard as this. Photos available if required. rooms need spiffing up. I went to the Restaurant for breakfast and noticed 2 Business men in front of my wife and myself had been waiting for 10 minutes with out any acknowledgement for seating.They left and we waited 10 minutes and left and ate breakfast at MacDonalds. Absolutely no interest in talking to waiters. Very cold room, the heat did not work. Maintenance people came twice to fix the problem. was not fixed, they brouhgt us blankets to finish the night. Not clean. Bad room service. Pictures not match the reality I am not satisfied at all. Arrogant staff. Dirty room. Housekeeping entering the room quite early in AM.
