There is plenty of space, though the rooms are very basic. It's definitely nice to have a kitchen. The cost is less than a regular hotel, and the campus was nice and quiet when we were there in August. Desk closes at 10 pm. We were driving up from Boston on a Friday and with the one hour time change, we almost didn't make it. I guess there is a number you can call to get into your room after hours (or find security), but that wouldn't have been very easy for us without being able to use our cell phones in Canada. It is not really walking distance to anything, but if you have a car it's fast and easy enough to get downtown. Also, no wi-fi?.
