The lady at the front desk when we checked in around 8 p.m. is an absolute gem. I believe her name was Debbie and she was so kind, and welcoming and helpful - just delightful. You're lucky to have such a wonderful employee.It was our first time in Saint John and boy, did she ever make a fantastic first impression. Thanks so much Debbie!.

Hotel was very smoky smelling. We asked for non smoking room which we received. Problem was though, that the smoke from the smoking rooms filled hallways and drifted through gaps in room door into our room. Would recommend this hotel for people who smoke only.

website did not give me the option to have all four of us in one room.
