Enthusiastic and motivated staff, a huge room with big bathroom (with bath), good restaurant which isn't too overpriced, beautifully comfortable beds and a good gym and swimming pool. We were there during the floods and despite the carnage in town the hotel still had an air of cal - Despite the fact that the hotel looked really luxurious, the staff were very friendly and down do earth. The decor was amazing and the rooms were very spacious. No charge for wireless internet connection. A fabulous business office where you could keep in touch with your work. Very nice pool and some outdoor patio spaces. The beds were awesome - I mean really comfortable. There is a Starbucks on site - how good can it get? The rates were reasonable too! Loved it! Will go back when I am in Calg

  A wonderful experience. Private, quiet, peaceful and luxurious. The best stay I have had in Calgary, in two years of traveling there every quarter. - Great location. Loved the park and trails right next door. Room was very spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful.

  Comfortable rooms with lots of space. Excellent facilities which were available into the early hours of the morning which was great when you get in late and are in need of some food and drink.   Upon check-in we were treated like royalty! We were a group of friends who get together once a year to shop and socialize. The first night was a BBQ, together with the hot breakfasts a definite must-stay for next year! The rooms were spacious and the beds were exquisite!   We had a early morning flight and wanted to stay close to the airport. We returned the rental car and picked up their shuttle which we also took the morning of our flight. The staff was very helpful and the close location to the airport worked out well.   The bed was incredibile, the pillows and duvet were like sleeping on a cloud with just the right weight and temperature. The air tub was just what was needed after a full day of skiing, follwed by resting infront of the wood burning fireplace. The only thing that topped our hotel stay was the great downhill skiing.   The staff were the most friendly and helpful I've seen in years. The lobby was gleaming it was so clean. The location was awesome for an out of province driver. The rooms were a nice size and very clean as well. We ate in the restaurant, breakfast buffet and it was fabulous.
