Comfortable rooms with lots of space. Excellent facilities which were available into the early hours of the morning which was great when you get in late and are in need of some food and drink. The food was excellent - really high quality. Delicious! On site Starbucks definitely a bonus. Didn't have time to use the fitness facilities but would have like to.

we went to calgary to watch the rihana concert, it was withing walking distance and close to everything we needed. for the price it was very nice. we were quite impressed. even having parking for us made it easy once we got to calgary so we were not looking for a place to park every time we went out. Good location for Calgary Stampede and shopping. The room was clean and well maintained, staff friendly and eager to help. Excellent breakfast menu, a good start to our holiday. In the centre of downtown Calgary, next to the museum and at the foot of the tower, spacious and with good restaurants in the hotel and nearby. Valet parking, good selection of cafe/restaurant, Comfy bed, good housekeeping service, helpful staff all around. The personnel was terrific, helping or answering all questions. Excellent linens. Good air conditioning. Convenient location. Staff very pleasant and helpful. General high quality of the accommodations. Fantastic hotel for pets - very welcoming - no crazy rules. Really appreciated that. They had chocolate strawberries ready in the room for my wife's birthday. Really felt welcome. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. Very friendly staff at the front desk during check in/out. Great location: walking distance from the Stampede grounds. Clean, located in downtown. location,cleanliness. Room rate was more expensive then originally quoted. Wifi was not complimentary - all the other hotels we stayed in throughout western canada had free wifi - shame given the prices you pay to stay there anyway. Parking also very expensive so glad we ditched the rental!. we could not find a night club or anything close to the hotel, we caught a cab and they brought us to a pub about a half hour walk away. every street seems to be a one way wich makes it difficult finding your way around when you are not used to the city. Would have been better if we had a nicer view from room. Getting into the entrance area because of traffic and entrance placement on the street. Nothing it was all good - staff were very friendly and helpful. they forgot the flowers they said they would get. Wish the cost of parking was included in the price. They charged my visa after i checked out a cigarette fine after telling me it is fine and no charge !!! The staff lied to me. If you cant sleep the sound of music than its not the place for you. It was noisy had headache after my stay as i couldnt get any sleep. No parking as you have to pay for it in addition to the rate for the hotel and couple of blocks away. No parking there.
