Loved the high ceilings. The bed was very comfortable. The bathtub was fantastic. The bath products smelled so good. Staff was very helpful (especially when I had troubles with using the room key and when I phoned requesting for another blanket and a feminine product). We had another great stay here. The valet parking makes so much sense here, many other hotels I could take it or leave it but here I'll take it. The rooms are of modern design and a cut above what you would expect from a downtown hotel. Definitely worth trying.

The downtown location was very nice. Staff was eager to please and very friendly. They were quick to accomadate and provide for us. Room was modern and pleasing. We did not eat while at the hotel so have no opinion on that matter. The door man was awesome. I'm not used to being treated in a high end establishment so being waited upon makes me uncomfortable. However it was done in such a way that it wasn't uncomfortable for me and it was appreciated. Gorgeous room, lovely food at breakfast, which was also included in the room price (a rarity of hotels of this stature) and friendly staff. An all round beautiful hotel perfectly located within Calgary. Staff are professional and friendly, room , very comfortable and quiet. Finally an upscale Hotel that doesn't charge 15.00 for wifi... Never understand when good hotels charge for it. Great location, great atmosphere. Very funky hotel and the rooms are massive. Love the Molton Brown bathroom accessories. Nice breakfast included. Loved the room. Location is perfect, hotel are shown warm well come to you , guide you when you are needed, excellent staff, hotel room are perfect in term of design, bed room. Such snobs! Not impressed!. There is nothing not to like about this place. My wife would have liked to see a bath tub, as a shower would have been difficult with her done up hair from the wedding. Having to pay for coffee, if you wanted it, in the room, using the coffee pod machine. Such a small expense, at the cost per night, it should be included too. The 17 percent value added charge.??. The coffee making facilities in the room cost $2.50 per cup (coffee capsule) whereas other hotels include this for free. Tv only had a few channels working. I do not like breakfast menu that very standard everyday you will find same as what you had day before, need to look at more choices. Need instructions to let guests know you cannot plug laptop into tv from the port on the desk Task chair had one wheel broken Only pay for coffee Nespresso machine in the room, would be nice to have a kettle to make tea or less expensive by the cup coffee available in the room. Not as clean as I would have liked. Front desk staff were a bit slow (one in training, so understandable). Room service had only one option of house wine, if wanted a selection need to go to restaurant and order whole bottle. Breakfast buffet not great. The continental breakfast was not terribly impressive. - if we wanted coffee in the room we had to pay for it. No tea was available. - was disappointed with the quality of shampoo and conditioner. We stayed on a Saturday evening; we didn't realize how much the city shut down after 6pm (unless you're looking for a nightclub/bar). Wish they had a pool and hot tub. Price -- most downtown hotels were booked up because of an oil industry convention so prices were high. I started looking for a hotel three months in advance. Breakfast starting at 6:30 am was a bit late for me. I had to hurry up for a 7 am work start. Breakfast menu need to look at, need more variable not just standard breakfast. breakfast: no choice, no real juices, just sweetened juices, not allowed to help yourself for hot beverages and have to wait a long long time for refill. that there was not a pool. When i booked on line i had ask for 6 chocolate dipped strawberries to be in room and i had ask if we could have our room on 10 th floor that we had stayed in last time and it seemed like no body cared all they wanted was our money i am to the point that i do not know if i would stay there againj :(. Limited menu for in room dining. Payment for coffee and no tea in room. The parking set up is horrible they make you pay for valet parking because you don't have a choice there's no where else to park. I was disappointed that the hotel charged me a higher rate then that which I received through your website. I had to contact both parties to correct the issue. I don't believe that micromanagement should be required by the patron. Very overpriced, if you want to use the in room coffee maker that will even cost you. not enough parking spot and not sure the fan in the washroom is on or off the bed is a little bit too soft.
