Enthusiastic and motivated staff, a huge room with big bathroom (with bath), good restaurant which isn't too overpriced, beautifully comfortable beds and a good gym and swimming pool. We were there during the floods and despite the carnage in town the hotel still had an air of cal - Despite the fact that the hotel looked really luxurious, the staff were very friendly and down do earth. The decor was amazing and the rooms were very spacious. No charge for wireless internet connection. A fabulous business office where you could keep in touch with your work. Very nice pool and some outdoor patio spaces. The beds were awesome - I mean really comfortable. There is a Starbucks on site - how good can it get? The rates were reasonable too! Loved it!   A wonderful experience. Private, quiet, peaceful and luxurious. The best stay I have had in Calgary, in two years of traveling there every quarter. - Great location. Loved the park and trails right next door. Room was very spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful.

  Of course, I loved the view, but most importantly, the free canoe ride that you could take at your leisure. The two hour hiking tour was fabulous because of the knowledgeable guide. There are only 9 guest rooms in the main lodge, so book early. The cabins are nice, but we enjoyed the lodge and deck! Also, the free breakfast was delicious and co... what people say » zy. It is one of the most memorable views that I'll remember for a lifetime during our visit to Canada! - Loved the opportunity to stay at your lodge, no tv, no internet, no phone and two glasses of wine next to a beautiful fireplace. So relaxing, we went to the lake Louise hotel and were amazed at how commercialized it was. So happy we stayed at moraine lake instead. It was a bit on the expensive side. We would be more eager to come back sooner if there were some incentives. At this point we are not.planning another trip due to.the cost.

  Comfortable rooms with lots of space. Excellent facilities which were available into the early hours of the morning which was great when you get in late and are in need of some food and drink.   Upon check-in we were treated like royalty! We were a group of friends who get together once a year to shop and socialize.   We had a early morning flight and wanted to stay close to the airport. We returned the rental car and picked up their shuttle which we also took the morning of our flight.
