  No wonder this place is number one at Calgary airport! Enthusiastic and motivated staff, a huge room with big bathroom (with bath), good restaurant which isn't too overpriced, beautifully comfortable beds and a good gym and swimming pool. The location is spot on. No aircraft noise but close enough to the airport to be there in 15 mins door-to-doo... what people say » r in a hire car (if you can navigate the roadworks!) We were there during the floods and despite the carnage in town the hotel still had an air of cal - Despite the fact that the hotel looked really luxurious, the staff were very friendly and down do earth. The decor was amazing and the rooms were very spacious. No charge for wireless internet connection. A fabulous business office where you could keep in touch with your work. Very nice pool and some outdoor patio spaces. The beds were awesome - I mean really comfortable. There is a Starbucks on site - how good can it get? The rates were reasonable too! Loved it! Will go back when I am in Calg

  Upon check-in we were treated like royalty! We were a group of friends who get together once a year to shop and socialize. The first night was a BBQ, together with the hot breakfasts a definite must-stay for next year! The rooms were spacious and the beds were exquisite! Bravo to the friendly housekeepers, always courteous and smiling! - We appre... what people say » ciated the cheerful, welcoming staff; the clean, comfortable room and last but not least - the wonderful breakfast. The staff in the breakfast room were amazing! Although we did not use the fitness facilities we did check them out and were very impressed. Will definitely make time to use them next visit.

  We had a early morning flight and wanted to stay close to the airport. We returned the rental car and picked up their shuttle which we also took the morning of our flight. The staff was very helpful and the close location to the airport worked out well.   Free Shuttle service to Airport Being dealt by first come first served. The phone rang whilst I was at the desk where the phoning customer was placed on hold, whilst I was being served. I hate being queue jumped by a telephone call!!

  The bed was incredibile, the pillows and duvet were like sleeping on a cloud with just the right weight and temperature. The air tub was just what was needed after a full day of skiing, follwed by resting infront of the wood burning fireplace. The only thing that topped our hotel stay was the great downhill skiing.   Excellent reception staff, very helpful and efficient. Particular thanks for helping us with flight check-in. High quality linen, towels and furniture. Tea & coffee facilities in room. Nice artwork throughout the hotel. Lovely and quiet stay despite the hotel being fully booked. Meal in the Raw Bar excellent and drinks at the Yellow Door fabul... what people say » ous. Only a short walk into town making it ideal location for us. Very good place to stay. - I love the dark tones of this hotel room and the large standing shower (no tub) with the "rain" style faucet was perfect. The staff were completely awesome, friendly and helpful. I hear they'll be starting some renovations sometime within the next year too and I would most definetly stay here again, with or without the reno's. Terrific experience!

We had travelled from Ireland and were awake 20hrs when we arrived at the hotel so it was great to have a good restaurant in the hotel.
