Staff in the hotel and restaurant were really friendly and helpful. We had travelled from Ireland and were awake 20hrs when we arrived at the hotel so it was great to have a good restaurant in the hotel. The waiter was very friendly and service was excellent. The hotel had a warm relaxing atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly. The food at the restaurant was very tasty and good value. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The size of the room was perfect and the beds just could not have been more comfortable. This is a clean, comfortable, budget friendly hotel. It is well decorated and has very comfortable beds. Staff helpful. Comfortable beds. Heating has been replaced and is now quieter. Good restaurant. bed was comfortable room was nice and clean close to shopping and restaurants. Well run establishment. Non smoking rooms. old and smells. Some staff English pronunciation is not as crisply clear and had led to a few misunderstandings. They were pleasant though. Swimming pool cold and hot tub not working. Aircon in bedroom very noisy. Pool area looked out onto an ugly parking lot. Perhaps some blinds, plants, ? could cover up the ugly view and given more privacy to the swimmers. Contrary to our specific request for quiet, our room was adjoining another room with many loud, undisciplined children starting very early in the morning. There was no soap in the room and we called for some and never received it. We requested extra pillows but did not get them. Absoltely no attention to guests whatsoever. Parking, for the $, you would think you wouldnt have to park in mud.... The parking was a joke. I paid $200/night, and had to park at the next hotels parking lot. No parking for guests, just event, and restraunt people. By morning the parking lots were empty. For the price I would not, recommend to another traveller. The phone system didn't work to make calls or set up a wake up call. Could not even call the front desk from the room. Did not get room type reserved Gift shop had no diet pop Staff seemed indifferent about out of control teams Had to pay to park in underground parking, with teams playing in above ground parking. I have been double Charged to my Master Card. Why?.
