We really liked the large room since it had 1 king bed and then 2 twin beds in a separate room so that the children could sleep in there. Very easy access to the metro. Very quiet. - very good hotel. Cannot find any fault whatsoever. Location perfect for what we wanted. Staff excellent, will be returning very soon.

As we went to the Messe in Vienna, the place was perfect for it, we even went to it by feet and it took us about 20 minutes maximum. Also supermarkets to buy some food are in 5 minutes range by feet, same about restaurants, and just 15 minutes from the city centre by feet. It was easy to reach it also from the airport by train. The location was ideal to catch an early bus to the airport in Swedenplatz. The hotel was basic, but clean and allowed us to drop off our luggage until check-in. The hotel was the least expensive in the area, even off season when we needed to make a last minute booking. We felt it was a great value for the price. The reservation included a breakfast but we had to leave to catch a 5am bus to the airport and were not able to see the quality of the breakfast.

Very good location is you come from the airport by bus or train. Literally a few steps from the old city and main landmarks. Helpful staff at the reception. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. For breakfast there was a selection of good food that made for us a very good start of the day. This hotel will be my first choice if I come to Vienna again.

The staff at the front desk were available 24 hours a day and where friendly and helpful. We could not recommend this hotel highly enough and we would definitely return. One point to note. The staff went out of their way to assist us - we had a late night flight and, after checking out of the Pension in the morning, staff stored our luggage until 6pm at no cost. We also had to catch a train before the usual breakfast times at the Pension so staff very kindly supplied a 'picnic' breakfast for us before we left. Rooms were very spacious.

An apartment without a reception is always scary but this one turned out to be a wonderful easy experience. The management patiently answered emails promptly and presumably would be on the phone too if we had called. They were very helpful with a heater when we needed it and booked a taxi for us to the airport (even though the apartment is not sold as a full service hotel). We were very impressed.
