Our room was pretty spacious. The Hotel is a few meters away from all major attractions for those who wish to explore the city on foot and also for those who prefer to use the underground. Schwedenplatz UBahn and Stephanplatz UBahn are very close to the hotel and Morzinplatz, where the Airport Bus arrives and from where it departs, is just a few meters away. Very good location is you come from the airport by bus or train. Literally a few steps from the old city and main landmarks. Helpful staff at the reception. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. For breakfast there was a selection of good food that made for us a very good start of the day. This hotel will be my first choice if I come to Vienna again.

Neatly clean, friendly senior age staff at reception. Quiet day/night stay, good sleep. Your secluded champion to stay and communicate in Vienna. Rooms are very nice !! It would be hot in the room in the summer if you could not open the window for ventilation. The washbasin in the bathroom is a little too small; maybe just a bit bigger. Room was tiny and TV channels limited. Showers were really far from my room, internet connection allows only port 80, which means your vpn or email clients will not work, the staff did not understand my problem and the technician wasn't reachable repeatedly. The price is rather high and it is because of the location, not because of the comfort or the breakfast (rather noisy, walls are thin, food for breakfast could be more various). Small - very small single room with narrow bed. No view except back courtyard. Stifling hot summer night but no air con and zero breeze thru wide open window. The rooms DO NOT have Air Condition. The room was like a sauna due to the heat. The bed was very hard. The presentation of food at breakfast was poor - there had been a large crowd prior to us and the the bits and pieces left did not look appetizing and it was 30 minutes prior to the end of the breakfast service. The bed wasn't comfortable and the pillow too. The bathroom a bit small and when I have shower, there is water leaking from the shower and floor were wet. The lighting from my room a bit shady all the time even when put on the lights. Bathroom was a bit spartan and I could not call outside on the phone. There were no facilities for making hot drinks in the room. The staff were not very friendly at the beginning. They seemed to get a little warmer each day. The rooms are small and old fashioned. Staff doesn't make you feel like you're welcome. They're not rude, but just very uninterested, no smiles or effort to ask how you are doing or even just say a friendly "hello". It bothered me a lot. Room interior looks quite outdated. Staff were very unhelpful. Breakfast, furniture, room renovation is needed.
