  I was delighted to discover this excellent hotel right in the centre of Vienna, immediately opposite the Stephansdom. My room was surprisingly quiet even though it overlooked the large plaza with so much outdoor activity going on. Very convenient to the U-Bahn station, and everything within the Ring is within walking distance. All-in-all, a very po... what people say » sitive experience. I will stay there again. - I've stayed at Hotel am Stephansplatz a few times now and each stay is being made into a very nice experience due to the very experienced and friendly staff. The hotel itself is very modern, very clean and comfortable. I look forward to my next visit to Vienna and Hotel am Stephansplatz.

  This Appartment was Excellent and in the the Center of Vienna. The only little downfall was the bin lorrys early in the mornings loading their garbish around 6,30am in the morning. Apart from that no complaints what so ever . - Location was right in the center of the city. Subway stop is within a few feet of the apartment.   Location + cleanliness. This hotel is really nice. It is near everything in downtown Vienna. You can make practically everything on foot. Otherwise, the U-Bahn station is just 2 minutes away. Plenty of shops around the hotel, since it is just next to Graben. You have plenty of choice: luxury, fashionable prêt-à-porter, and average global brands.   I really liked the apartment. First of all, holder of the apartment- Vivien, was very helpful. She answered to all questions about apartment and also helped with finding the apartment in Vienna (wrote the detailed description how to get from Airport to apartment). We were welcomed by a student- Anna- who was very helpful and friendly plus- answere... what people say » d to all questions about sightseeing spots, map, metro etc. Apartment is really - ridiculously - close to the centre. Even more- it was at the middle - Fantastic central location near Stephansplatz, at a quiet street with little traffic. Close to cafés, restaurants and a supermarket. Apartment fully equipped with everything we needed for our 5 night stay, even including a dishwasher and microwave oven. This was so much better than just a hotel room. We recommend this to 100% for anyone, who wants a comfortable stay in central Vienna.

Every restaurant and entertainment recommendation made to us was without fault. Hotel was warm and most comfortable. Had the most beautiful big room. - The location is perfect; staff very helpful ... what people say » and service excellent: even my ballet tickets were waiting upon my arrival at the reception. Pick up from airport worked fine and the personnel including driver were courteous. Highly recommended and we will be back.
