The appartment was cool and quiet facing onto a courtyard where you could eat your breakfast. It was very clean and to a high standard. The staff were really helpful with supplying fresh towels, storing luggage etc. The deli at the local Bila supermarket was excellent. The appartment was just a short walk to the local tram stop or 5 - 10 min metro stop, but you could walk into town (15 mins). The 5a bus was a bit of a curiousity as it only seemed to go around the block.
all reviews » An apartment without a reception is always scary but this one turned out to be a wonderful easy experience. The management patiently answered emails promptly and presumably would be on the phone too if we had called. They were very helpful with a heater when we needed it and booked a taxi for us to the airport (even though the apartment is not sold as a full service hotel). We were very impressed. Room was enormous, really well laid out and immaculately clean. Location of the apartment was fantastic, and so close to the city centre and public transport links. The communication between the manager and us was brilliant- we really appreciated being allocated a car parking spot despite requesting it so close to our arrival. Would definitely stay again!. I stayed here for 3 weeks with my family to attend a summer school. I think this apartment was best choice. It is very new, clean, well furnished and budget friendly. So, if your stay is more than couple of days, this place is highly recommended. The land owner runs a hotel at Enkplatz as well and you can easily reach them out when needed. Great location, few minutes from underground and tram station - or a nice 15 minutes walk to the City Hall. Very spacious apartement, comfortable, decorated in a simple yet tasteful manner. We had a balcony to the inner yard - nice view and no traffic noise. Well equipped and spotlessly clean apartment not too far from the underground and a little walk into the centre. Lift to upper floors and some nice personal touches like the Christmas star and wreath on the door. We loved our stay here. The location was great (15 mins into the city walking), it was clean and spacious and the wifi works perfectly. It offers great value for money and we would definitely stay here again. Hahn Apartments is about a 15 minute walk into the city centre, we found our apartment very well appointed, modern, spacious and all we needed for our three night stay. Modern, clean apartment which was well appointed. Accessing key worked efficiently. Well serviced by supermarkets and tram. Silent place, near to the city center, newly renovated rooms, everything fresh and clean, good WiFi. Apartment was spacious, ideal for two couples or a family. Size, cleanliness, facilities, connections to the centre. You have a lot of privacy ... Big and beautiful rooms. Big rooms, quiet location, close to the city center. ALL was excellent! Very big apartament!. very quite place, good location. Just about everything. Everything. perfect!. Generally speaking apartment is clean, we stayed in penthouse with two bedrooms. It has its own terrace. Apartment is 10 minutes away from city centre( to Stephanplatz ) by walking. There is no reception but you can contact them by phone. Bedroom and bathroom wide and clean. You are at 15 minutes from stephenplatz. The neighborhood is quiet; It's close to Danube (5 mins on foot). The satelite tv can only pick up the local Austrian tv channels or orf tv (which is short for orful tv). I kid you not orf breakfast tv News consisted of inteviews with accordian players and yodellers and orf Sport included pony trotting, high diving and 3rd divsion Austrian football. But who wants to stay in with Vienna on your doorstep. The Ground floor apartment was a bit dark as one would expect but there was a courtyard outside to compensate if we had the time to sit out. All in all, we were happy. Nothing. They charged my credit card with the total amount a week before our arrival date - I did not expect that. The girl that met us upon our arrival didn't speak english at all :) But we didn't expect to be met by anyone, or needed any help, so this was not a problem. Pillows were a little thin. Apart from that everything was fantastic. No air conditioning!. The pillows! Could have done with two. The heating wasn't working for our first couple of nights, just when Vienna was having its coldest day in 40 years, just a nuisance not having a staff member on sight, as it took until the third day to get the heating rectified. We were on the ground floor facing the street and were frequently inconvenienced by people arguing outside or generally talking loudly in the street...sometimes during the early hours of the morning. Kitchen utensils - we have only one (!) saucepan for 5 (!) liter and two frying pans in very bad conditions. lack of international TV programmes. Nothing. It wasn't easy to park a car in the evening. I have not complaints. There were some problems with internet. Sometimes noisy. The WIFI signal it was a bit weak. Hard to connect and keep the connection. First of all, if you stay less than one week, they don't clean room or do not change towels. Be careful before you go. Secondly, door of refrigerator in the kitchen had problem and it could not be closed. We asked them to fix it, but they could not fix it. At our arrival the kitchen was not clean. It was also not complete: only one pot, no ladle and very few clutery, dishes ... Not comfortable for cooking lunches for a family.
