Each room is individually designed and our "crazy horse" room with large dapper horse portrait to match certainly lived up to its name. Beautifully designed and lovingly put together our room spoke of a hotelier who really cares for the people they provide a service to, and the friendly and helpful staff did them credit. This hotel is friendly, charming and in a great location to experience the sights and grandeur of Austria.

As for me, hotel's location is a little bit far from the center. I prefer go walking and it was not so easy to do it in the evening when you're tired. I will stay here again when I come back to Vienna. This hotel is very good situated, in quite location and just 7 min with the tram to the center. They were clean and it was a safe area to stay in. there are big rooms and smaller ones. There are room practically on the street and rooms on upper floor. There is a huge difference between them. It was difficult to find house because the hotel has no signboard. There is no elevator. No slippers in the room, but it's not a big deal. Only one English-language TV channel. the area around is basically residential area, but this can also be seen as an advantage... Nothing special. There wasn't a big sign outside the hotel. I was standing right in front of it and couldn't figure out where I had to go. Nothing!. After 6pm no desk staff. A bit more attention to detail such as lighting in hallways at night and locking the main door to apartment. This is NOT a hotel in the common sense, basically small apts. At night no local services, stores, etc... Located in a bit of a run down area, however it is a short walk to a nicer area. The wifi signal is very poor and unreliable. The refrigerator isn't working very well. First night we were given a room too small to share with a 14 year lod child. No-one on site after 6 P.M...so if the first day you arrive after 6, you are at lost. No aircon, fridge not cold, not good signs outside hotel. parking on the street. No elevator. The refrigerator in our apartment didn't work and there was no safe either. Fortunately, we had family staying in another room so we were able to leave our things in there and use their refrigerator. We also had to stand by the window to get Wi-Fi access. we spent a few days but the room has never been cleaned properly. Floors were not washed well, no slippers. Its not a hotel, because there is no cleaning-staff and the room was dusty when we arrived. Furthermore its a pitty that the main entrance is open all night, although the reception is not watched from 6pm till 8am. Breakfast was not included to the price. No shampoo in bathrooms. No centralized reception. No hotel name signboard !! It had an A4 paper stuck outside the window. building is very small, doesn't resemble a hotel or commercial property. Without a signboard it will take you good amount of circling around. No shower gel no shampoo drain shower cabin and big pool on a floor double bed with two (2) !! mattresses, and two sheets, it is no comfortable to sleep together. mattress very thin, hard and of poor quality. Sleep was hmpered greatly because of this. therevwas first floor with windows tobthe street so we could not have open our windows at all for security reasons. there was also not air condition in the room so we almost died in the room together with our baby! there were not shower gel and shampoo as promissed in the bathroom.
